退款、取消、延期、差旅及注册转让： Refund, Cancellation, Postponement, Travel & Transfer of Registration:

会议议程与参与政策： Conference Programme and Participation Policy:

主办方可设置涵盖相关研究主题、学术领域及适用可持续发展目标（SDGs）的联合会议单元，使参会者能够获得跨学科见解、专业交流与科研合作的机会。 The Organiser may design combined sessions featuring connected research topics, academic areas, and applicable SDGs so that participants can benefit from cross-disciplinary insights, professional engagement, and research collaboration.

退款政策： Refund Policy:

若参会者无法出席且无法转让注册资格，则适用以下退款政策： If a participant is unable to attend and cannot transfer the registration, the following refund policy applies:

1. 会议开始前 60 天取消，可获得全额退款（扣除 100 美元手续费）。
2. 会议前 30 至 60 天取消，可获得 50% 退款。
3. 会议前 30 天内取消，不予退款。
4. 线上参会注册费用不予退款。
5. 一旦签发正式邀请函，将不再提供退款。
6. 如因个人、出行或外部原因无法参会，注册费不予退款，但可在一年内用于参加其他会议。
7. 本会议为混合模式，主办方有权调整会议形式，因形式变更不提供退款。
8. 如注册者未在注册之日起 7 天内提交注册表，该注册将被视为无效，且不予退款。 1. Cancellations made 60 days before the conference are eligible for a full refund with a $100 processing fee.
2. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference are not eligible for a refund.
4. Virtual participation registrations are non-refundable.
5. Once an official invitation letter is issued, no refund will be provided.
6. If a participant is unable to attend due to personal, travel, or external reasons, the registration fee is non-refundable but can be used as credit for another conference within one year.
7. As this is a hybrid conference, the organizer reserves the right to change the format. No refund will be provided for such changes.
8. If the registrant fails to submit the registration form within 7 days from the date of registration, the registration will be considered invalid, and a refund will not be applicable.

取消政策： Cancellation Policy:

若会议由主办方取消，参会者将获得 100% 注册费额度。该额度可在注册之日起一年内用于参加其他 CSGAC 会议。 If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee. This credit may be used for another CSGAC conference within one year from the date of registration.

延期政策： Postponement Policy:

如会议延期且参会者无法参加新日期，将提供全额注册费额度。该额度需在原会议日期起一年内使用。 If the conference is postponed and the participant cannot attend the new dates, a full credit will be provided. The credit must be used within one year from the original event date.

差旅与住宿： Travel & Accommodation:

参会者需自行安排差旅、住宿及相关费用。因会议调整或取消所产生的差旅或住宿费用，主办方不承担责任。 Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses. The organizer is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs due to event changes or cancellations.

注册转让： Transfer of Registration:

注册资格可通过书面申请转让给同一机构的其他人员，也可转至 CSGAC 举办的其他会议。转让申请需在会议前至少 14 天提出。已转让的注册不可申请退款。 Registrations can be transferred to another person from the same organization with prior written notice. Registration may also be transferred to another conference organized by CSGAC. Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the conference. Transferred registrations are not eligible for refunds.

签证信息： Visa Information:

参会者需自行办理签证及相关差旅安排。主办方不参与签证流程，也不会与使领馆沟通。因签证问题导致无法参会，不予退款。 Participants are responsible for their own visa applications and travel arrangements. The organizer does not intervene in visa processes or communicate with embassies. Visa-related issues will not be considered for refunds.
