Refund Policy 退款政策
If a participant is unable to attend and cannot transfer the registration, the following refund policy applies: 若参会者无法出席且无法转让注册资格，则适用以下退款政策：
Cancellations made 60 days before the conference are eligible for a full refund with a $100 processing fee.会议开始前60天取消，可获得全额退款（扣除100美元手续费）。
Cancellations made 60–30 days before the conference are eligible for a 50% refund.会议前60至30天取消，可获得50%退款。
Cancellations made within 30 days of the conference are not eligible for a refund.会议前30天内取消，不予退款。
Virtual participation registrations are non-refundable.线上参会注册费用不予退款。
Once an official invitation letter is issued, no refund will be provided.一旦签发正式邀请函，将不再提供退款。
If a participant is unable to attend due to personal, travel, or external reasons, the registration fee is non-refundable but can be used as credit for another conference within one year.如因个人或外部原因无法参会，注册费不予退款，但可在一年内用于参加其他会议。
As this is a hybrid conference, the organizer reserves the right to change the format. No refund will be provided for such changes.本会议为混合模式，主办方有权调整会议形式，因形式变更不提供退款。
Cancellation Policy 取消政策
If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a 100% credit of the registration fee.若会议由主办方取消，参会者将获得100%注册费额度。
This credit can be used for another conference within one year.该额度可在一年内用于其他会议。
Postponement Policy 延期政策
If the conference is postponed and the participant cannot attend the new dates, a full credit will be provided.如会议延期且参会者无法参加新日期，将提供全额注册费额度。
The credit must be used within one year from the original event date.该额度需在原会议日期起一年内使用。
Travel & Accommodation 差旅与住宿
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses.参会者需自行安排差旅、住宿及相关费用。
The organizer is not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs due to event changes or cancellations.因会议调整或取消所产生的差旅费用，主办方不承担责任。
Transfer of Registration 注册转让
Registrations can be transferred to another person from the same organization with prior written notice.注册资格可通过书面申请转让给同一机构的其他人员。
Registration may also be transferred to another conference organized by CSGAC.注册资格也可转至CSGAC举办的其他会议。
Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the conference.转让申请需在会议前至少14天提出。
Transferred registrations are not eligible for refunds.已转让的注册不可申请退款。
Visa Information 签证信息
Participants are responsible for their own visa applications and travel arrangements.参会者需自行办理签证及相关差旅安排。
The organizer does not intervene in visa processes or communicate with embassies.主办方不参与签证流程，也不会与使领馆沟通。
Visa-related issues will not be considered for refunds.因签证问题导致无法参会，不予退款。

All requests for cancellation, modification, or transfer must be submitted in writing to the official conference email.所有取消、修改或转让申请均需通过官方邮箱以书面形式提交。
